Qi Gong sessions
Free, for locals only. Please get in touch if interested.- Join me in an outdoor free Qi Gong session in our garden.
- This session is weather dependent, drizzle won’t keep us.
- 45-60 minutes
- Every Mondayday and Thursday at 9AM
- Continuing during winter
Mindful Month September
All sessions will be outside and approximately 60 minutes long- Qigong: gentle, meditative, flowing movements with the synchronisation of breathing to energise and relax the body and to calm the mind.
Face Yoga: Working with the face is gentle, the exercises lift, tone, plum, smooth and relax. They are enjoyable as effective at keeping stress, tension and ageing at bay.
- Facial Gua Sha: Working with the crystal tools on facial muscles, fascias, meridians, acupressure points, circulatory and lymphatic system have an overall beneficial effect on the whole body.
- Suitability: For anyone over 16 years. No previous experience is needed.
- Booking: First come first serve. No charge.
